Simon Michalski is a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Lakeshore Management, where employment began in July 2022. Prior to this role, Simon co-owned Quantum Investments from November 2021 to June 2022 and worked as an Underwriter at Home Partners of America from May 2021 to February 2022. Simon gained initial experience through internships at Creative, serving as a Sales and Marketing Intern in May to August 2019 and as a Project Management Intern in May to August 2018. Additionally, Simon contributed as a Swimming Instructor at Glenview Park District from September to December 2017. Simon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, completed in 2022, and a High School Diploma from Niles North High School, earned in 2018.
