Luke Pawlak

Luke Pawlak has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Multi-Unit Area Director at Albertsons Companies until 2007. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Retail District Manager at Teavana, which was subsequently acquired by Starbucks. Following that, they worked as a District Manager at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® from 2014 to 2015. Luke then joined UCode Inc. in 2016 as a VP of Customer Success & Operations for a year. From 2015 to 2019, they held the role of Retail Operations Services at Pressed, a nationwide omni-channel retailer. In 2019, Luke became the VP of Operations at Kitchen United, where they worked in various VP roles until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Lakeshore Learning Materials as the Vice President of Sales Support & Customer Relations, a position they have held since April 2023. Additionally, Luke has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Co-opportunity Market since 2020. Overall, their experience spans leadership and operational roles in retail, food and beverage, and education sectors.
