Paul Fairclough has extensive experience in the field of higher education and nuclear degrees. Currently serving as the Dean at Lakes College, Paul previously held the position of Higher Education Manager for Gen2. Paul also has a background in engineering management and mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering, with a Master's degree from Loughborough University. Prior to their current role, Paul was the Head Of Section for the University of the Highlands and Islands.
