Scarlett Elsik is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in student ministry, design, and communication. Currently serving as the Next Steps Coordinator for Lakepointe Church since April 2022, Scarlett has extensive experience in freelance design, focusing on branding and web design for various clients since July 2017. Previous roles include Associate Student Pastor at First Baptist Church of Marble Falls, Project Assistant at Amplify Creative Agency, and Social Media Manager at First Baptist Church Snellville. Additionally, Scarlett interned with the North American Mission Board, where responsibilities included recruiting and training students, and served as Producer for After Curfew, streamlining communication for multiple creative teams. Scarlett holds a degree in Strategic Communications from Liberty University, completed in 2019.
