Chris Lok is an experienced retail professional with a comprehensive background in management and team development. Currently serving as Area Manager at Lakeland since May 2022, Chris is responsible for driving sales and team performance while implementing coaching strategies to enhance store operations. Previous roles include Work Coach at the Department for Work and Pensions, where engagement with young claimants facilitated successful employment placements, and Retail Operations Manager at Cotswold Company, overseeing performances across multiple showrooms. Chris also held leadership positions at Fossil Group and L'Occitane en Provence, managing high turnover regions and delivering strategic initiatives.
