William Wichert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and education. As the Co-Founder and COO of TonDone since 2020, William leads efforts to enhance software solutions for building and field service companies. In academia, William serves as an Assistant Professor at Cuyahoga Community College and an Adjunct Professor at Lakeland Community College, teaching various IT certifications such as cybersecurity and network administration. Prior experience includes roles as Co-Founder at Cyprus Lake, Senior Business Consultant at Hill International, and Interim Chief Information Officer at Cleveland Airport System, where William developed innovative solutions and managed critical IT operations. William holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, an MBA in Health Systems Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Case Western Reserve University.
