Will Berkowitz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Will currently works at Lakehouse Ventures as a Partner, starting in 2021. Prior to this role, they were an Operating Partner at the same company from February 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Lakehouse Ventures, Will worked at Rhino from 2017 to 2022. Will held various roles, including Advisor + Employee #1 starting in July 2022, VP of Product & Strategy from June 2021 to June 2022, VP of Strategic Initiatives from January 2021 to June 2021, VP of Revenue from December 2019 to January 2021, VP of Strategy & Operations from June 2019 to December 2019, and Head of Product & Experience (Employee #1) from June 2017 to May 2019. At Rhino, they led product management, design, operations, and new product strategy teams, and was a member of the executive team reporting directly to the CEO.

Will also worked at The Players' Tribune from November 2015 to June 2017, where they were responsible for revenue, product, and growth. Prior to that, they were a Manager of Strategy and Media at HowAboutWe (Acquired IAC) from October 2013 to October 2015. Will started their career at Society Original Products as a Sales and Marketing Specialist from September 2010 to September 2013.
