Mohit Dudeja is a lecturer at Lakehead University in the Faculty of Education, teaching courses in Qualitative Research and Transnational Masculinities. Mohit serves as the Founder and President of Mendlife Foundation and works as a Queer Affirmative Counselor at Raahee. Additional roles include Advocacy Coordinator for the Multicultural Center at Lakehead University Student Union and Assistant Coordinator for Pride Central. Mohit has experience as an Associate Researcher and Research Assistant at the International Center for Research on Women, a Gender Educator at The Gender Lab, and a writer for various organizations, including the Development Consortium and Virtual Assistant Group. Educational qualifications include ongoing PhD studies at Brock University, Lakehead University, and the University of Windsor, alongside an MA in Education from Azim Premji University, an MA in Clinical Psychology, an MA in Sustainability Science, a B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management.
