Haley McCarthy, DVM, currently serves as an Emergency Veterinarian at Lakefield Veterinary Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Haley was a Royal Canin Student Ambassador from August 2020 to August 2023 and gained experience as a Veterinary Technician at Oviedo Veterinary Care and Emergency from January 2019 to August 2020, as well as at Animal Emergency Center from January 2016 to January 2019. Additional early experience includes working as a Kennel Technician at East Orange Animal Hospital and as a Dog Handler at Happy Paws Kennel. Haley earned a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Arizona, a Certificate in Veterinary Forensic Science from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida.
