Forrest Baker serves as the CIO and Executive Director of Technology Services for Lake Washington School District since July 2020, overseeing a $120M budget and strategic technology initiatives. Previously, Forrest held various technology leadership roles, including the Director of Technology at Walla Walla Public School and Assistant Director of Technology Services at Walla Walla Community College. Additionally, Forrest contributed as guest faculty at the University of Washington's Information School. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Information Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree from Walla Walla University, complemented by FEMA training in emergency planning.
