David Ferris is an experienced financial systems specialist currently serving as a Senior Financial Systems Specialist and Finance System Transition Manager at Lake Macquarie City Council since January 2019. Prior to this role, David worked as a Business Consultant at Datacom from August 2015 to January 2019 and held the positions of Principal Consultant and Business Consultant at Civica Pty Ltd from 1999 to August 2015. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Local Government from Charles Sturt University, where studies were completed between 1986 and 1992.
