Tiffany Olin SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Lake Health since August 2005, Tiffany leads a team responsible for the talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and development for an organization with over 2,800 employees while implementing LEAN initiatives to optimize HR processes. Prior experience includes roles at Mercy Health, where Tiffany facilitated leadership training and satisfaction surveys, and at Kurtz Bros., where new training programs and policy rewrites were developed. Additionally, Tiffany managed training for a large seasonal workforce at SeaWorld Cleveland and maintained client relationships at Ryan Alternative Staffing. Tiffany holds a BA in English with a minor in Secondary Education from Kent State University.
