William Kinville has extensive experience in corrections and law enforcement, serving in various leadership roles since September 1990 with the Kenosha Unified School District and Lake County Sheriff's Office. As an Educational Support/Security professional, William supervised multiple corrections officers and sergeants while previously holding positions such as Chief of Corrections and Deputy Chief of Operations, focusing on jail operations, training, crisis intervention, and procedural justice. Prior military service in the U.S. Navy provided foundational skills in legal documentation and investigations. William holds an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement/Corrections from the College of Lake County and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Corrections from Ilion, New York.
