Alanna Kopp is a Billing Specialist at LCP, where responsibilities include collating billing details, creating Excel macros for efficiency, analyzing customer profitability, generating reports, and documenting processes for month-end reporting since March 2019. Previously, Alanna served as a Customer Business Analytics Intern at ComEd, focusing on customer segmentation and utilizing Big Data for marketing efficiency. Alanna has also tutored students in Economics and Accounting while holding various customer service roles in the hospitality industry. Alanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science - Mathematics from Bradley University, obtained in 2017.
