Neressa Carr is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in both brokerage and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Lake & Company Real Estate since January 2017, Neressa has previously excelled as a Senior Agent/Broker at Redfin, where notable achievements included independently generating $22 million in sales volume and leading a mentorship program. As the Owner/Operator and Property Manager of The Suite Northwest Guesthouse since August 2008, Neressa has established a successful hospitality business recognized for exceptional guest satisfaction. Earlier experience at Windermere Real Estate included leading over 250 successful escrow closings and maintaining a high repeat and referral business.
