Brian Kalthoff is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since January 2002, Brian has served as a Broker at Lake and Company, specializing in representing buyers and sellers in the Puget Sound Region while implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for clients. Additionally, as an Independent Consultant since June 2012, Brian provides expertise in real estate development management, financial modeling, and market research, earning recognition for delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. Previously, Brian co-founded Kalthoff LLC, managing real estate and financial investments while acquiring multiple rental properties in Seattle. Brian's earlier role as an Underwriter at Safeco Insurance involved managing a portfolio of national insurance agencies. Brian holds multiple degrees from the University of Washington, including a Master of Urban Planning in Historic Preservation and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development, alongside a BA in China Studies and Global Trade.
