Emily Lane RN, BSN, has served within the Lake Bluff Park District since May 2019, holding multiple roles including Member of the Local Government Efficiency Committee, Member of the Golf Committee, and Chair of the Facilities & Program Committee, where Emily focuses on enhancing community spirit through recreational initiatives. Additionally, Emily is an elected Commissioner, overseeing the development and financial stability of the District. Emily has been a liaison for the Land Use Study Citizen Taskforce Committee and has contributed as a substitute teacher and school nurse with Lake Bluff School District 65 since April 2014. Prior nursing experience includes serving as a Registered Nurse at a COVID vaccination clinic for Allyon, Inc., and as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at Doctors Hospital. Emily began their career as a Medical Assistant at Healthpoint in a pediatric clinic. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Florida.
