Charlotte Wilson has a work experience in HR management and advisory roles. Charlotte started working as an HR Advisor at Veolia UK in December 2008 and continued until July 2013. After that, they joined Agrii as an HR Advisor in August 2013 and worked until June 2016. Later on, they worked as an HR Manager at Direct Wines from June 2016 onwards.

Charlotte Wilson earned a BA in American Studies with Media and Cultural Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University in the years 2002 to 2005. Charlotte then obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) from Staffordshire University from 2007 to 2008. Later, Charlotte pursued a PG Diploma in HR Management from Staffordshire University between 2011 and 2013.
