Suzanne Grossheider began their work experience in 2003 at ProviNET Solutions, where they held various roles including HelpDesk Coordinator, Assistant Network Administrator, and ultimately Manager of Technical Services. In 2009, they joined Providence Life Services as an EMR/HIT Project Manager until 2014. Currently, Grossheider is a Senior Project Manager at Laitek, a position they have held since 2014.

Suzanne Grossheider attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1999 to 2000. During this time, they studied Management Information Systems, General. Following this, they enrolled in ITT Technical Institute-Orland Park from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Computer Network Systems. No specific degree was mentioned for either of these educational experiences.
