Frederic Sambourg is an experienced professional in the dairy industry, currently serving as Responsable mélange à sec conditionnement expédition ingredients laitiers secs at Laïta since April 2021. In this role, Frederic oversees the packaging and shipment of 26,000 tons of dry ingredients and manages a team of 35 employees, including four supervisors across various divisions. Prior experience includes a position at Groupe Lactalis as Responsable conditionnement et expédition, where Frederic concentrated on streamlining operations for the production of 30,000 tons of milk powder annually. Frederic has also held roles at Lactalis Nestle Ultra Frais, initially as Responsable conditionnement for fresh cheeses and later focusing on continuous improvement initiatives. Frederic holds an engineering degree in agrofood from Ensmac.
