Alejandra Santamaria is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in sales and management within the broadcasting industry. Currently serving as the President and General Manager (interim) at TelevisaUnivision since July 2019, Santamaria has previously held several leadership roles at Univision Communications Inc. from April 2007 to July 2023, including Vice President and Director of Sales, as well as President and General Manager. Prior to this, Santamaria built a strong foundation at Univision, Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation, and Univision Communications, gaining expertise in account management and research. Santamaria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Business from Loyola Marymount University, earned in 1994.
