Karim Chikhaoui is an experienced Technology Manager currently at DuPont since July 2021 and at Laird Performance Materials since November 2012. Karim's expertise includes portfolio and intellectual property management, as well as program management. Notably, as a Sr. Project Manager, Karim successfully led the development and implementation of global program management and document control processes, while also serving as the NPI Team Lead, ensuring timely project launches. Prior roles include Field Applications Engineer III at Laird Technologies and Sales & Applications Engineering at Emerson & Cuming Microwave Products. Karim's educational background includes a BS in Leadership Management from Northeastern University and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University, complemented by a BS in Electronic Engineering from E.F. Electronics.
