Stephen Hines currently serves as the Clients and Markets Technical Leader UK at Laing O'Rourke, focusing on delivering objectives in the Data Centre and Aviation sectors since August 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Project Technical Leader, Senior Design Manager, and Design Manager at Pace | Architecture Engineering + Planning from May 2014 to March 2016, where Stephen managed notable projects such as the Kuwait University campus. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Architect at Brewer Smith Brewer Gulf in Dubai, where Stephen led significant commercial and residential developments, and as Project Architect at BDP, contributing to projects like the Shafton Advanced Learning Centre. Early career roles include Architect at Austin Associates, with a lead role in the Highpoint Bradford project. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Architecture with Distinction and a BA (Hons) in Architecture from The University of Manchester.
