Nerim Radaca is a Project Engineer at Laing O'Rourke since January 2020, primarily focusing on the installation of structural steel and the fit-out of the 16 Light Rail Stations as part of the Parramatta Light Rail project. Prior to this role, Nerim served as a Site Engineer on the same project and gained valuable experience as a Graduate Engineer, contributing to projects such as Central Station Metro, the NSW Bushfires Recovery Program, and the ACT Law Courts, as well as working with the Clients and Markets Team on various bids. Nerim began a career in the construction industry as a Project Intern at Hanson Australia from December 2018 to November 2019 and gained retail experience as a Sales Team Member at Bunnings from November 2017 to February 2019. Nerim holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from UNSW, completed in 2019, and graduated from Moorebank High School in 2015.
