Emma Johnson is a skilled CG Groom Artist at LAIKA Studios since June 2021, contributing to the development of the Laika hair groom pipeline and creating high-quality CG hair and fur. Previously, Emma held positions as a CG Asset Artist and Jr. CG Modeler, working on the film "Wildwood," and began formal modeling work as a CG Modeling Intern for the same project. Prior experience includes character modeling for the Cody and Stewart rigs, as well as for the animation short film "Treasure," and the SCAD animation short film "Bearly." Emma Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from the Savannah College of Art and Design between 2018 and 2021.
