Bibi Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.
Currently, they hold the position of Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder at LAIIER since September 2022. Previously, they served as the COO and Co-Founder from January 2021 to September 2022.
Prior to their role at LAIIER, Bibi worked at Bare Conductive Ltd. from July 2009. As the COO and Co-Founder, they were responsible for managing daily operations, developing future plans for optimizing the product supply chain, and aligning it with the overall commercial and business strategy.

Earlier in their career, from September 2007 to March 2011, Bibi worked as a Designer/Project Manager at Jason Bruges Studio.

Bibi Nelson began their education at Kingston University in 2002, where they pursued a Foundation degree in Art and Design until 2003. Bibi then attended the University of Brighton from 2003 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with honors in Three Dimensional Design. In 2007, Bibi enrolled simultaneously at the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London. Over the course of two years, from 2007 to 2009, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) and Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Design Engineering at the Royal College of Art, as well as a Master's degree in Industrial Design Engineering at Imperial College London.
