Mira Keitaanranta serves as the Human Resources Director at Lahden kaupunki (City of Lahti) since December 2019, where responsibilities include strategic and operational employer activities, as well as overseeing safety, risk management, and preparedness matters. Previously, Mira held the position of Elinvoimajohtaja at Keravan kaupunki (City of Kerava) from June 2013 to November 2019, leading economic, employment, security, and communication services. Earlier roles include Human Resources Director and Administrative Manager in various organizations, along with serving as Chief Executive Officer at Keski-Uudenmaan Hanke Oy, where the role involved managing the company’s dissolution processes. Mira's career also includes over a decade at Viestintävirasto (Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority) in senior positions, such as Assistant Director and Lawyer, contributing significantly to organizational development and legal matters. Mira holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki.
