Alice Davidson currently serves as General Counsel at Tipalti since April 2023 and has been a Trainer at Lagree West since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Legal Officer and Vice President & General Counsel at Mogo from May 2016 to December 2022, along with an Instructor position at Spin Society Cycling Studio Inc. from November 2016 to July 2020. Alice's legal career started at Stikeman Elliott LLP as an Associate and Articling Student between 2011 and May 2016, and earlier as a Contracts Associate at Schneider Electric from 2007 to 2011. Alice holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Schulich School of Business - York University.
