Paulo Lima has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paulo started their career in 1993 at United Airlines, where they worked as a Customer Service Director for almost nine years. After that, they joined The Charter at Beaver Creek as a Front Desk Agent, gaining valuable hospitality experience. In 2014, Paulo became the Senior Vice President at LAGRANT COMMUNICATIONS, further developing their leadership skills. In 2015, they took on the role of Adjunct Professor at Loyola Marymount University, where they taught for two years. Since 2017, Paulo has been working as an Adjunct Professor in Costume Design at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
Paulo Lima received their Bachelor's degree in Geography from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 1986 and 1991. Paulo continued their education by pursuing a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Costume Design at California State University, Long Beach from 2006 to 2009. Finally, they completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theater and Performance Studies at UCLA from 2010 to 2014.
