Yussuff Ibrahim Dolapo has over 10 years of experience in billing and HMO operations. Yussuff started their career as a Billing/Customer Services Officer at Lagoon Hospitals in November 2008. In this role, they ensured effective coordination and implementation of administrative and hospital strategies, provided excellent customer service, and prepared weekly and monthly sales and receivables reports.

From November 2010 to February 2012, Yussuff served as a Billing/Credit Control officer at the same hospital. Here, they maintained accurate patient and financial records, handled billing for both out-patient and in-patient services, prepared accurate bill estimates, and conducted regular stock taking.

Yussuff then worked as a Stores/Inventory Officer at Lagoon Hospitals from February 2012 to March 2013. In this position, they were responsible for real-time entry of prescription into the hospital's information management system, posting of stores receipt vouchers, and posting of stores issue vouchers.

From April 2013 to April 2016, Yussuff served as a Billing Specialist/HMO Operation Executive. Yussuff developed and maintained a smooth relationship with the HMO team, ensured appropriate claiming of services with accurate documentation, and prepared accurate bill estimates for HMO enrolees according to the agreed tariff contract.

As a Billing Supervisor/HMO Operation Executive from April 2016 to August 2018, Yussuff ensured a smooth relationship with the HMO team, accurately claimed services provided to HMO, and prepared proper bill estimates for HMO enrolees.

From September 2018 to the present, they have been working as a Billing Team Lead/HMO Operation Executive at Lagoon Hospitals. In this role, Yussuff oversees billing activities, ensures accurate billing among team members, and supervises the preparation of daily bill-ups for clients. Yussuff also reconciles claims with the HMO team to avoid denial of approval code.

Prior to their employment at Lagoon Hospitals, Yussuff worked as a Depot Representative at Mustuk Nigeria Limited from March 2007 to October 2008.

Yussuff Ibrahim Dolapo has a strong educational background in finance and economics. Yussuff earned an Associate Membership from the Nigeria Institute of Management, indicating expertise in management. Dolapo then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, a prestigious institution. Yussuff continued their academic journey at the same university, completing another BSc degree in Economics. Later, Dolapo enrolled at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, General. Their education demonstrates a commitment to professional development and expertise in the fields of economics, finance, and management.
