Ashli Hew currently serves as the Assistant Controller at Lago Mar Beach Resort & Club, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ashli was the Accounting Manager at Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach from July 2017 to January 2023 and also occupied the position of Night Manager during the pre-opening phase. Earlier experience includes serving as the Moonlight Supervisor at W Fort Lauderdale from July 2016 to July 2017 and as Front Office Supervisor and Front Desk Agent at Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek from March 2014 to August 2016. Ashli holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida Atlantic University, earned between 2014 and 2020, and an Associate of Arts degree from Broward College, completed in 2011.
