Prior to this, Jennifer co-founded Andrews · Lagasse · Branch & Bell LLP, serving from 2007 to November 2020, and was a Partner at Gordon & Rees LLP from 2000 to 2007, where Jennifer specialized in employment law. Jennifer holds a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and a BA from UC Santa Barbara.
