Juan Patricio Martinez has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in human resources and customer service. Currently serving as a Rewards Senior Analyst at Mercado Libre since April 2020, Juan previously held the position of People & Culture Senior Analyst at Lagash from January 2016. Prior HR roles include serving as an Analyst at Envases Hacer S.A. - Grupo Comeca from November 2012 to December 2015, where responsibilities included personnel administration and payroll processing, and as an HR Assistant at Gibaut Hermanos in 2010. Additionally, Juan contributed to youth sports as a Tennis Instructor at Club Atletico Independiente between January 2011 and November 2012. Juan holds a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires and a national teaching certification in tennis from the Instituto Argentino de Tenis.
