Estefania Lacayo is a co-founder of LAFS and Tribu Powered By LAFS, established in September 2017, aimed at enhancing the Latin American fashion and design industry. In November 2023, Estefania took on responsibilities as a Business Mentor at both the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford, contributing to educational initiatives within prestigious institutions. Estefania is also involved with The Bazaar for Good as part of the Host Committee, supporting fundraising efforts for children worldwide. As an Advisory Board Member for JENDAYA, Estefania promotes a curated shopping experience celebrating African culture. With extensive experience as a Luxury Consultant since June 2013, Estefania has worked with various fashion brands on brand management and merchandising. Prior roles include Founder and Chief Merchandising Officer at Edition01 and Luxury Buyer Consultant at Santa Eulalia Barcelona. Throughout a career that began in sales and public relations for luxury designers, Estefania has demonstrated a commitment to fostering growth and accessibility in the fashion industry. Educational background includes studies at Pine Manor College and Bay State College.
