Mike Carroll has extensive experience in sales and project management, currently serving as the Outside Sales Manager at LaFontaine Automotive Group since January 2010, where a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in automotive sales is emphasized. Previously, Mike worked as a Project Manager at Johnson Controls from May 2007 to January 2009, managing various corporate construction projects and HVAC system designs. Prior to that, Mike held a similar role at Temperature Engineering Corporation from August 1995 to May 2007, overseeing project outlines and logistics. Mike's education includes studies at Macomb Community College, ITT Technical Institute-Troy, and Batavia School of Drafting, culminating in a degree in mechanical drafting.
