Chrystal Murphy CCUE has a long and successful work history at LAFCU. Chrystal started as an Assistant Call Center Manager in April 2013 and held this position until May 2015. During this time, they also took on the role of Branch Manager from May 2015 to August 2019. After that, they became an Assistant Vice President Operations until their departure in March 2022. In April 2020, they returned to LAFCU as the Vice President Operations.

Chrystal Murphy CCUE holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Northwood University. Chrystal obtained their degree, however, no specific dates are provided regarding their years of attendance. In addition to their degree, they have earned two certifications. The first is the Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation, obtained from CUNA in July 2018. The second certification is the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS), obtained from CUNA in October 2017.
