Christela Gregoire-Spurlock currently serves as a JAG Specialist at Judice Middle School within the Lafayette Parish School System since August 2023, having previously held a similar role in the same system from October 2011 to February 2019, where responsibilities included student eligibility determination, program development, and parental involvement. Additionally, Christela works as a Student and Alumni Engagement Coordinator at Remington College since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a JAG Specialist for the Iberia Parish School System from March 2009 to October 2011 and a decade-long tenure as a Senior Claims Adjuster at USAgencies Casualty Insurance Company, Inc., from September 1998 to June 2008, focusing on claims investigation and resolution. Christela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dillard University, earned in 1997, and completed a college preparatory program at Catholic High School in 1993.
