Romain Alexandre has extensive experience in the healthcare and retail sectors, currently serving as Directeur de zone at Groupe Laf Santé since February 2013. In this role, Romain defines and plans operational objectives while mentoring regional managers through performance development. Previously, Romain held the position of Responsable Regional Réseau, where responsibilities included liaising between the network's head and clients, auditing sales activities, and implementing commercial performance enhancements. Prior to Groupe Laf Santé, Romain worked as Key Account Manager at Direct Medica from November 2012 to January 2014, focusing on major accounts and training pharmacy teams on self-medication.
