Gregg Malsbary is an experienced culinary and operations professional currently serving as the General Manager and COO of Lafayette Club since June 2021. Previously, Malsbary held the position of Culinary Development and Global Procurement Strategist at World Central Kitchen, where oversight of global food procurement initiatives valued at approximately $42 million was performed. As the Founder and Chief Culinary Officer of malsbary + associates, Malsbary specialized in culinary consulting, focusing on team development and operational efficiency for various commercial kitchens and catering services. Furthermore, Malsbary worked as the District Executive Chef for Aramark Higher Education at the University of Minnesota, overseeing food quality and building partnerships to enhance community engagement. Malsbary's educational background includes a degree in Hospitality and Food Service Management from Montgomery College, complemented by additional studies at the University of Maryland.
