Sarah Broome serves as the Vice President of Learning at LaFargue since November 2023 and is currently an Innovation Fellow at Schmidt Futures, a position held since August 2022. In addition, Sarah Broome operates as a Principal at SG Strategies, offering strategic support for innovation in education since July 2021. Previously, Sarah Broome founded and directed Thrive Academy in Louisiana from March 2011 to June 2021, successfully growing the school to 180 students and establishing it as a recognized independent state agency. Sarah Broome has also experience as a Mathematics Teacher at Prescott Middle School from August 2008 to May 2011 and served as a Public Policy Intern at The National Network to End Domestic Violence from January 2005 to January 2008. Sarah Broome holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Non-profit Management from The George Washington University, earned in 2008.
