Mominul Islam has over 15 years of experience in maintenance and operations within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited since January 2014, Mominul has held various roles, including Manager of Maintenance and Deputy Manager of Maintenance Manufacturing, focusing on electrical maintenance alongside operations. Prior to this, Mominul worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Meghna Group of Industries from January 2008 to December 2013, where responsibilities included developing monthly maintenance budgets. Mominul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Atish Dipankar University of Science & Technology.
