Tom McGiveron is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development teams and projects. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at LADbible Group since October 2020, Tom has also held the title of Senior Software Engineer. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Zuto from July 2015 to October 2020, where responsibilities included Senior Software Engineer, Professional Software Engineer, and Graduate Software Engineer. Tom began a career in software engineering at Sword Group as a Graduate Software Engineer in early 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Bristol and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in American/United States Studies/Civilization from The University of Manchester and North Carolina State University.
