Shelley Crawford

Director R&d at Lactalis Canada

Shelley Crawford has extensive experience in the food industry, primarily in the research and development field. Shelley started their career as a Research Scientist at Ault Foods in 1992 and worked there until 1997. Shelley then joined Unifine Richardson Foods as a Senior Product Developer from 1998 to 1999. From 1999 to 2016, Shelley worked at Parmalat as a Research Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Director of R&D at Parmalat Canada and later joined Lactalis Canada in the same position.

From 1987 to 1991, Shelley Crawford attended the University of Guelph, earning a BSc degree in Food Science.
