Erinn Reesor is an experienced human resources professional with a strong focus on compensation and benefits strategy. Currently, as the Compensation and Rewards Manager at Lactalis Canada since October 2022, Erinn leads the development and implementation of effective compensation and benefit plans. Prior to this role, Erinn served in multiple capacities at Tremco Canada Division from June 2012 to October 2022, including Compensation and Benefits Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities ranged from ensuring equitable compensation practices to aligning recruitment processes with workforce needs. Erinn's earlier experience at Sony Professional involved HR consulting with a specialization in compensation services. Erinn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from Toronto Metropolitan University.
