Bruce Shimizu is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Housing Specialist at LACO Associates. Bruce is also the Owner of Shimizu Consulting, Inc., specializing in Real Estate Development, Land Planning, and Entitlement Processing. Bruce has a wealth of experience in affordable housing development, real estate management, and business development across various organizations in Sonoma County and beyond. Bruce holds a BS in Landscape Architecture & Architecture from Cal Poly SLO and an AS in General Ed - Art & Design from the College of Marin.
