Solange De Bondt is an experienced HR Director at LACO with a background in ICT and years of experience as a consultant. Solange specializes in talent management, project management, business intelligence, and recruitment. Solange also has experience as a guest lecturer at Thomas More and as a partner at the International Institute of SAS Training and Research. Prior to their current role, Solange worked as an Information Analyst at CPC. Solange holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Antwerp.
