Rick Notari is an experienced professional with a strong background in community outreach and relations. Currently serving as Community Outreach Manager for Lackawanna County since March 2012, Rick connects small businesses, volunteer groups, and veterans with county leadership. Previously, as Community Relations Coordinator, Rick facilitated communication between county municipalities and school districts, planning notable community events. Rick has also contributed as a coach at Old Forge School District since 1993, achieving significant success in boys' basketball. Additionally, Rick's writing experience includes a tenure as a staff writer at Wilkes-Barre Publishing Co. and a role as Community Outreach Coordinator for Northeast Community Health Services. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Scranton.
