W. Floyd Olive has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. W. Floyd started their career as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of St. Thomas in 1997. W. Floyd then went on to work as a Senior Copywriter at Best Buy from 2000 to 2005. Their most recent position was as an Associate Creative Director at The Lacek Group, where they specialized in omnichannel creative and loyalty marketing strategy for clients in a variety of industries. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in effectively communicating complex information and delivering impactful content.

W. Floyd Olive obtained a B.A. degree in English from St. Olaf College. Afterward, they pursued further education and received an M.A. degree in English Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
