Debbie Mitchell is an accomplished HR and Change Management professional with over two decades of experience in various sectors including manufacturing, retail, and public service. Currently serving as an HR Transformation Senior Manager at LACE Partners and a Non Legal Member of the Employment Tribunal for the Ministry of Justice UK, Debbie operates as an Organisation Development Consultant at Mitchell Palmer Ltd, specializing in employee engagement and business change projects across Europe and South/Central America.
