Milton Bento Ribeiro Neto is an experienced Production Engineer with a strong background in aseptic processes and the production of injectable and non-sterile oral medications. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Laboratório Teuto since December 2014, Milton has supervised large teams to deliver millions of units of medication monthly. Previous roles include Senior and Mid-Level Production Analyst, where Milton focused on sterile and non-sterile liquid areas, ensuring quality output while meeting validation times and production goals. Earlier experience includes production analysis at Hypera, where Milton optimized processes for disposable diapers and feminine hygiene products, and supervisory roles at Vidros Center, overseeing the production of glass cuts and moldings. Educational credentials include a degree in Production Engineering from PUC-GO, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
